How quickly can you start on a new site?
Most strata sites are quoted within 48 hours of the initial enquiry, with handover starting within 2–3 weeks. We've done 14-site portfolio takeovers in 90 days without a service gap — speed isn't the constraint.
Do you handle pest control in-house?
Yes — we hold a pest control licence and handle weed and pest spraying ourselves. Most general gardeners subcontract this. We don't, which means one invoice, one accountable team, full chemical handling logs maintained on every site.
What's included in standard strata maintenance?
Mowing, edging, bed weeding, hedge and shrub trimming, deadheading, green waste removal, seasonal fertilising, pest monitoring and reticulation checks. Frequency is fortnightly for most sites — we'll tailor to your scope.
Are you fully insured and compliant?
$20M public liability insurance, WorkSafe registered, SWMS on file for every service, police-cleared staff for sensitive sites (aged care, SDA), and full ASIC registration. The compliance pack goes to your procurement officer on request.
Can you handover from our current gardener cleanly?
Yes. Three steps: you share the site list, we walk the sites with you, we take over on an agreed date. No gap in service, no renegotiation of levies, no committee fireworks.
