Can you work to our existing scope of works?

Yes — most commercial properties come with an existing SOW (often inherited from the previous contractor). We'll work to it as written, flag anything ambiguous in writing, and propose updates if we think a change would benefit the property. We don't substitute scope without sign-off.

Do you carry the documentation our auditor will ask for?

Yes — insurance certificate of currency, pest management licence certificate, SWMS, SDS sheets, and application records. Send the audit list and we'll have everything pre-collated.

Can you do after-hours or weekend work?

Yes — retail forecourts and school grounds often need work outside business hours. We schedule around your operations and quote the work accordingly.

How quickly can you respond to an issue?

One business day for site response on most issues. Same-day for urgent safety items (fallen branches, slip hazards, visible damage). We don't use call centres or ticketing queues.

Can you cover multiple sites under one agreement?

Yes — multi-site portfolios are common in commercial property. We invoice per site (so cost is always traceable) but operate under one master agreement and one point of contact.

Do you provide reporting?

Monthly site reports per property, alongside the invoice. Strata-style. Property managers tell us it's the difference between knowing what's happening on the grounds and chasing the contractor for an update.
