How do you handle owner complaints?

Complaints come to one point of contact — usually the strata manager — and we respond within one business day. Most can be resolved with a same-day or next-day site visit. We don't put a queue ticket between the complaint and the fix.

What's your notice period?

Notice periods depend on the agreement and the site scope. For strata work we prefer clear written terms because they protect continuity for owners, tenants, and the committee. We confirm the notice period before work begins.

Can you cover multiple sites on one invoice?

We do the opposite — one invoice per site, per month, itemised. That's what strata committees and owners want to see in the financial reports. Bundled invoicing makes site-level cost questions impossible to answer.

Do you provide monthly reporting?

Yes — every monthly invoice comes with a short report covering what was done, anything noted on site (tree concerns, retic faults, problem plants), and recommendations for upcoming work. Strata managers tell us it's the bit they read first.

Can you handle multiple sites at the same scale?

We currently maintain 100+ strata sites across metro Perth on scheduled rounds. Whether your portfolio is one complex or thirty, the same operational model applies.

What happens if a crew member is sick or on leave?

We don't run single-person rounds. Every site has at least two people who know the property, and our scheduling is built so that absence doesn't cancel a visit.
