Weed Control & Pest Spraying in Perth
Licensed pest control and integrated weed management. We hold the credential, carry the documentation, and apply chemicals responsibly.
Most garden problems in Perth come back to two things: weeds and pests. The weeds spread fastest in the shoulder seasons (autumn rains, spring growth), the pests show up in summer (lawn grub, citrus gall wasp, scale on ornamentals), and the strata properties that struggle are usually the ones where the maintenance crew can do the visible work but has to subcontract the chemical work out — which means delays, extra paperwork, and a different licensed applicator on every site.
We hold the WA pest control licence and do the work in-house. Weed control in Perth lawns, beds, paths, and paving; pest spraying across turf, ornamentals, and citrus — all under one applicator, with one set of documentation, on the same schedule as your other maintenance.
If your current contractor has to “send the pest guy out next week,” this is the page to read.

What affects cost
Quoted on the property, not a price list.
Weed and pest work is quoted per treatment or as part of an ongoing maintenance round. The cost reflects the chemical used, the area treated, and how often the treatment needs to repeat — pre-emergent in garden beds is once or twice a year, lawn grub treatment is event-driven, and ornamental pests are usually caught during regular monitoring before they need a full treatment. For strata managers and commercial property managers we keep the documentation (SWMS, SDS, licence certificate, application records) ready to send so the chemical paperwork doesn't slow your audits.

FAQ
Common questions about weed control & pest spraying.
Are you licensed to spray chemicals?
Yes — we hold the WA pest management licence and our applicators carry their individual certifications. We're insured for chemical work, carry the SDS for every product used, and provide application records on request.
What chemicals do you use, and are they safe around pets and kids?
We choose products by job — there's no single chemical that's right for every weed or pest. Where we can, we use lower-toxicity options (iron-based moss treatments, selective herbicides, IPM-friendly insecticides). On any site with kids or pets we leave a re-entry window before the area is safe to use and tell you what it is.
Can you treat my lawn for grubs?
Yes — lawn grub (and African black beetle in summer) is one of the most common turf problems in Perth. We treat the grub directly and adjust the lawn care schedule so the turf can recover.
Do you do one-off treatments or ongoing programs?
Both. Strata and commercial sites are usually on an ongoing program with treatments scheduled across the year. Residential is more often a one-off (a specific weed or pest problem) followed by a check-in 4-6 weeks later.
Can you provide documentation for our strata records?
Yes — for strata and commercial work we provide application records, SDS sheets, and the pest control licence certificate as standard. Send the request through with the quote and we'll have everything ready.
