Site clearing is the hardest service to quote without seeing the property — what looks like a half-day from photos often turns out to be two days once you walk it. We quote on a site visit and break the job into stages where it makes sense: a first visit to remove the bulk and make the site safe, a second to detail the beds and restore the lines, and then transition into a regular maintenance round. For strata catch-ups (taking over after a lapsed contractor), this staged approach is almost always cheaper than trying to fix everything in one visit. Green waste removal is included; tip fees on large loads are itemised on the quote so you can see what's mulch-able and what isn't.

How long does a site clearing job take?
Anywhere from a half-day for a small residential catch-up to a full week for a multi-site strata recovery. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the quote stage — and break the job into stages if that's the right call.
Do you take the green waste with you?
Yes — everything we cut goes with us the same visit. Where possible it goes to organic recycling rather than landfill; on heavy loads the tip fees are itemised on the quote.
We've had a contractor go silent — can you take over?
Yes — strata catch-ups after a lapsed contractor are one of our most common jobs. We'll walk the affected sites, scope the recovery work, and stage it so you're back to maintained condition without a single massive invoice. Most strata managers find the staged approach saves money and reads better to the owners.
Can you handle end-of-tenancy garden cleanups?
Yes — we do end-of-lease and end-of-tenancy cleanups across commercial and residential properties. Quick turnaround when the next tenant or owner is moving in.
Will you take down trees or just clear the smaller stuff?
We handle scrub, shrubs, hedges, lawns, and small-to-medium trees. For large tree removal (over about 6m) we partner with a licensed arborist — we'll arrange that on the same job if needed.
