Garden Maintenance in Perth

Regular, reliable garden care for strata, commercial and residential properties across Perth.

A well-maintained residential garden with mown lawn, clipped hedges and tidy garden beds.

Garden maintenance in Perth means more than mowing the lawn — it’s the regular, scheduled work that keeps a property looking like someone is actually paying attention to it. At Swan Gardens Evolution, we handle the full round: lawn care, garden beds, hedges, pruning, green waste, seasonal fertilising, and the licensed pest control that most maintenance crews have to subcontract out.

We’ve built the business around strata and commercial properties — the kind of sites where reliability matters more than anything else, where missed visits get noticed, and where one consistent contractor across the whole portfolio is worth far more than a cheaper crew who turns up sporadically. We service 100+ sites across metro Perth on scheduled rounds, and our residential clients sit on that same schedule — same crew, same standard, same accountability.

If you’ve been juggling multiple contractors, or your current gardener has gone quiet, this is the page to start on.

What affects cost

Quoted on the property, not a price list.

Quotes depend on site size, plant mix, and how often we visit. Most strata sites sit in a predictable per-visit range once the schedule is set; smaller residential gardens are quoted per visit or as a recurring monthly fee. We don't publish fixed pricing because no two sites are the same — we'd rather walk the property and give you a number we can stand behind. Site walks are free across our service areas.

FAQ

Common questions about garden maintenance.

How often should gardens be maintained?

Most properties we maintain are visited weekly or fortnightly during the growing season (spring through autumn), with a lighter monthly schedule in winter. Strata complexes are usually on a fixed weekly or fortnightly round so owners and tenants see consistent results. We'll recommend a cadence after walking the site.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — every crew arrives fully equipped with mowers, edgers, blowers, pole saws, hedge trimmers, and the safety gear needed for the work. You don't need to provide anything on-site beyond access.

Are you insured and licensed?

Fully insured for public liability, and our team holds the relevant licences for pest control work. Insurance certificates, SWMS, and pest licence documentation are available on request — strata managers regularly ask for these, and we keep them ready.

What's included in a standard visit?

A standard visit covers lawn mowing and edging, garden bed weeding, hedge and shrub trimming, light pruning, and green waste removal. Seasonal work like fertilising, mulching top-up, and reticulation checks are scheduled into the year so nothing gets missed.

Can you handle the whole property, including pest control?

Yes — that's what we're built for. Most of our clients use us as their single grounds contractor so they're not coordinating mowing, pest, hedging, and tree work across three or four different companies. Licensed pest control is part of the service, not a referral out.
