Do you charge for quotes?

No — site walks and written quotes are free across all our service areas. There's no obligation to proceed after the quote.

How soon can you start?

Residential and small commercial sites are usually started within 1-2 weeks of accepting the quote. Strata takeovers are usually 2-4 weeks depending on portfolio size and the handover window agreed with the previous contractor.

Do I have to sign a contract?

It depends on the site and scope. Some strata and commercial clients prefer a written agreement because it gives both sides clarity on schedule, scope, access, and notice periods. We will explain the arrangement clearly before work begins.

What if I only need a one-off clean-up?

That's fine — we do one-off catch-up jobs as well as ongoing rounds. Many residential clients move from a one-off into a regular round once the garden is back under control.
