The story
Swan Gardens Evolution started slowly in 2021, building the foundations through local garden maintenance work before growing into the larger strata and commercial operation it is today. The business began to scale properly in late 2024, when the scheduled rounds, crew structure, and property-manager relationships started to take shape.
The shift to strata-focused work came from referral. One strata manager who'd seen the residential work asked us to take over a complex that had been let go. Then another. Then a portfolio. The business now sits at 100+ sites across metro Perth, with a mix of strata, commercial, and residential work — but the operating model hasn't changed: same crew on the same site every visit, named contacts, no subcontracted chemical work.
The "Evolution" in the name reflects how the business grew — not in one direction, but through a series of natural shifts: from residential into strata, from one crew into multiple, from generalist garden work into licensed full-service maintenance.

How we work
Mowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, ride-ons, pole saws, blowers — all ours. No hire-day surprises, no waiting on a depot to open. Crews arrive with what they need to finish the round.
Pest control, chemical handling, SWMS on every site. Most general gardeners subcontract this. We don't, which means one accountable team and one set of paperwork.
No email quotes. We don't price work we haven't seen. Most site walks happen within five business days of the first call, and the quote follows within 48 hours.
One person, one mobile number, answered. Strata managers don't go through a ticketing queue to get a complaint dealt with — they call the person who knows their site.
