Welcome to the new Swan Gardens Evolution website
A short introduction to our refreshed website — and a reminder of what we do across Perth's strata, commercial, and residential properties.
Our new website is live. It’s quieter, faster, and easier to use than what came before — and the brief was simple: make it clearer what we do, who we do it for, and how to get a quote without wading through ten pages of marketing copy.
If you’re new here, the short version: Swan Gardens Evolution is a Perth-based garden maintenance company. We look after gardens, lawns, and grounds for strata properties, commercial sites, and the occasional residential client across the metro area — from the western suburbs through to the inner north and the south-east corridor.
What we actually do
We’re a maintenance crew first. The bread-and-butter work is the scheduled rounds that keep a property looking sharp week after week — mowing, edging, hedging, weed control, pruning, mulching. We also handle the bigger one-off jobs that come up when a property needs more than a tidy: stump grinding, site clearing, fruit-tree pruning by species, and the kind of full reset that’s hard to schedule around a normal round.
The properties we know best are strata complexes and commercial sites. They have different rhythms to a residential garden — committees, budgets, handovers between managers, common-area expectations — and most of our processes are built around making that side of the work straightforward for strata managers and property managers.
What you’ll find on the site
A few things worth pointing at:
- A page for every service we offer, with a plain explanation of what’s included and what to expect.
- A section for strata managers with the practical detail — reporting cadence, insurance, how we handle multi-property portfolios.
- An areas we service index so you can check whether your property is on a route we already run.
- A quote form that takes about a minute to fill in and gets you a real reply, not an auto-responder.
What’s still coming
A proper case-study section is on its way — we’re collecting before/after photography and write-ups of recent projects so you can see the work rather than just read about it. Same goes for our blog: we’ve got a list of practical articles queued up (seasonal calendars for Perth, what to look for in a commercial gardener, fruit-tree pruning by species), and they’ll land here as we write them.
If you’ve got a property you’d like us to look at, get a quote or send us a note — we’ll come back to you with a real human reply, usually the same day.
